Los Angeles's Winning streak is over
In the fifth minute New England was able to score a early goal agaisnt LA. Joe Franchino(NE) just went to goal keeper Kevin Hartman(LA) unmarked and shot the ball right past Hartman.

Los Angeles had their chances to score but Revolution defender Marshall Lenoard quickly took the ball away from LA. Los Angeles dominated possession in the first half. In the 30th minute, rookie Joseph Ngwenya(LA) found some room as he took the ball toward the near post, beating two defenders in the process.

In the 71st minute, another defensive mistake by the Galaxy left them down two goals. As Ralston rushed toward the end line to track down a through ball, Los Angeles defender Paul Broome bumped Ralston with his shoulder, knocking him to the turf. A penalty was called and Jose Cancela(NE) scored to put the Revs ahead by two goals.

The pressure was now on for the Galaxy, but they were able to fight back and get a goal. Los Angeles finally had their chance to score in the sixth minute of stoppage time, when Carlos Ruiz shot the ball right to Adin Brown(NE). Brown quickly grabbed it, but he let it out of his hands and Alejandro Moreno(LA) dived to touch the ball home on the goal line just in front of Jay Heaps. With a blow of a whistle, just after Moreno scored the game was done.

The Final score was Los Angeles Galaxy 1, New England Revolution 2. The Galaxy head to Dallas to play the Burn at the Cotton Bowl May 8.
